This website

Perch & Pause is an online brand. This website presents our collection and links to Amaze for purchases. It has no customer account or checkout. When newsletter sign-up is available, you can separately choose to receive email about new designs. We do not use Google Analytics for personalized advertising. Meta advertising is available only with its own separate permission.

The hosting service processes technical information such as IP addresses and request data to deliver and secure the website. Product images on this website are served from our website’s hosting service.

Optional Google Analytics

If you check “Google Analytics” and select “Save choices,” or select “Accept all,” we load Google Analytics to understand visits to our website, how visitors arrive, and clicks that lead to our Amaze store. Analytics uses first-party cookies, including _ga and _ga_TXPGERS4YY, to distinguish browsers and visits. These cookies are configured to expire after 180 days. Google also receives technical information about your browser, device and requests when Analytics runs.

We do not load Google Analytics or send it measurement requests before you accept, or when you reject analytics. Rejecting has no effect on browsing the collection or following links to Amaze.

Our measurement excludes names, email addresses, account identifiers, payment information and order details. We remove URL fragments and unrecognized query parameters from the page and link addresses we send. We retain only short campaign labels and recognized product color, size or variant choices. External referring addresses are reduced to their website origin, so search text and other query details are not included.

Advertising storage, Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled. Clicking a link to Amaze is recorded as an outbound click, not a purchase. This website does not receive Amaze’s checkout results or send purchase events or revenue to Analytics. Learn more in Google’s privacy policy.

Optional Meta advertising

If you accept “Meta advertising,” we load Meta Pixel to measure visits, views of our products and clicks leading to Amaze, and to help show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. Advertising permission is separate from Google Analytics: a previous or current Analytics acceptance does not authorize Meta. Rejecting either optional use does not affect shopping.

Meta may use cookies including _fbp and _fbc, and the fbclid click identifier in an advertising link, to connect browser activity with advertising. Its script receives technical request information, such as your IP address and browser details, and can read the page address and referring address automatically. Meta may associate this information with a Meta account and process it outside your country. See Meta’s privacy policy.

Our explicit events contain only a page view, known product identifiers, names and collections, or the Amaze destination domain. We do not provide names, email addresses, form contents, account data, payment information, prices or order details to Meta. Automatic configuration, inferred events, microdata collection and automatic advanced matching are disabled in our integration.

Meta’s script controls some data collection itself; cleaning our event fields does not clean its automatic page or referrer context. We therefore load it only on recognized public HTTPS pages with recognized fragments and query fields, bounded campaign labels, known product choices, or a valid advertising click identifier. Unknown query fields, unsafe values, and unrecognized referring addresses prevent it from loading on that page. Campaign labels must not contain personal information. These safeguards can reduce measurement coverage.

Purchases happen on Amaze. An outbound click does not confirm a purchase or the start of checkout. This website does not receive Amaze order results, report purchase or checkout-start events, or measure sales or revenue through Meta.

Your browser choices

Each consent preference is saved separately in this browser’s local storage until you change it or clear this site’s browser data. Each record contains only your accepted or rejected choice. Provider cookies are separate and are created only after permission for that use.

Use “Privacy preferences” in the footer to change either choice. Uncheck the use you want to stop and select “Save choices,” or select “Reject all” to withdraw both. We stop our event listeners, remove this site’s cookies for the rejected use and reload the page when its script was active. For Meta we also issue its consent-revoke command. Changes are synchronized with other open tabs. If the browser cannot save your choice, measurement is stopped on the current page and an error asks you to retry; a saved acceptance may still apply on a later visit.

Withdrawal cannot recall information already sent or cancel requests already in progress. Reloading unloads the provider’s existing code and timers. Your choices apply to this browser; make them separately in other browsers or devices.

Optional newsletter

When you submit the newsletter form, we use your email address to request a confirmation email through Brevo, our email delivery and mailing-list service. The form asks for your explicit consent with an unchecked checkbox. Signing up is optional and is separate from Analytics and advertising; you can subscribe while rejecting both.

The subscription uses double opt-in: submitting the form requests an email, and you must follow its confirmation link before receiving our new-design newsletters. Brevo processes your address and the subscription, confirmation and unsubscribe records needed to manage the list. The website does not keep a separate email database and does not send your address or form contents to Google Analytics or Meta. Our hosting service processes the form request to pass it securely to Brevo.

Use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter to withdraw email consent. Brevo manages that request and may retain an unsubscribe or suppression record to prevent further marketing emails. Changing browser privacy preferences does not unsubscribe you from the newsletter, and unsubscribing does not change your Analytics or advertising choices. You can contact the brand through our Facebook page to request help with your email information.

Brevo operates as an external service and may process data outside your country. Learn more in Brevo’s privacy policy. We use the mailing list for Perch & Pause updates and do not sell it.

Other services

When you follow a purchase link, Amaze handles the product selection, payment and order information under its own policies. See Amaze’s privacy policy. If you visit or message us on Facebook, Meta’s policies also apply.
